9 Walnut Street Gifts

Nature.

I discovered that nature was divine, and we cannot live without her. I have had wonderful experiences in nature, including a big healing experience.

My business, The Keeper It is All About the Earth, was born through my connection to nature.

Service.

What a joy it is to be of service to others.

I am associated with a wonderful spiritual organisation focused on health and healing. It is totally of service to anyone who is seeking it. And I was.

I was offered the task of treasurer for Australia of the organisation. It was a shock as my finances were in chaos. I said YES. Then I witnessed how money was being used for the good. What a gift for me.

Writing

I started writing, including poems. I could never imagine that I could be a poet. I was obsessed with sports and fashion and I was lost. I found what I was looking for. Writing is a wonderful tool for getting to know yourself.

Children

My heart was opened to the love of children, which I realised was buried deep inside me. Being able to love children has been such a blessing.

Technology

2 wonderful young technology and social media experts came out of the blue. An international team from Indonesia and just when I needed local help, a graduate from Swinburne came at the last minute. I feel so safe now.

With my life turned around, I wanted to share with my local neighbourhood, my gratitude to be living in 9 Walnut Street. I took on a project which has expanded into something special. It seemed all the help I needed to make it happen was met.

A Blessing

I wanted 9 Walnut Street to be a beautiful place that fitted into the neighbourhood and was pleasing to the passers-by.

I was renting out a room through Flatmates, and a middle-aged man came and inspected the property.  I could see he was desperate and needed help. I offered him the room. There was an instant connection.

Little did I know, he was a genius tradesman. He works 5 days a week in a very demanding environment.

He would finish at 3 pm after 8 hours of work, and then ride his bike home in the cold, 10 ks: No car.

In his spare time, he would go around and fix anything on-site that was wrong. The house is rundown, so there was plenty of opportunity for him. In the 4 weeks he has been here, he has transformed the property into an upcoming haven by the end of Spring.

Coincidently, I am releasing the 9 Walnut Street project next week.

Life is beautiful.
